Inconsistent cleanliness needs immediate attention!!! Poor maintenance visible with outdated furnishings and insufficient responses to maintenance requests are frustrating!!! Towels should be adequately stocked for family-sized bookings to avoid embarrassment!!!

I stayed for 4 nights in a Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds. The breakfast was good and the staff was super nice. The room was spacious, giving us plenty of comfort. Definitely a solid choice for families!

The air conditioner broke during my family's stay, unacceptable. The swimming pool area lacked towels-only three were given for a family of five, and the clerk said that was all due to theft issues. Being booked for five but only given two towels for showers felt unprofessional and inadequate.

There was a small issue with a credit card charge, but Andrea Collins resolved it promptly and even delivered printouts to my room, showcasing excellent customer service.
